"Are you ready ?" is a track taken from the album "Take a deep breath" by Electro Trip-hop duo Bix Medard. "Take a deep breath", released in March 2011, is the third album by Bix Medard. 12 melancholic, very personal, breathy, weird songs, sung by Bix, mostly in French, with some sung in English, Italian and Japanese.
Slow electronic trip-hop beats, monophonic vintage synths, new-wave influenced bassplaying, freejazz orientated fluteplaying, and the unique voice of Bix, are the main elements in the music of Bix Medard.

During the summer of 2010 Bix Medard recorded their third album, soon to be released. 12 melancholic, dark, trip-hop, tunes sung by Bix in French, Italian, Engish, Norvegian and Japanese.
Here is a first video, "I could have danced (We could have danced)" featuring pictures by Walter Mirtl and Bertrand Sottiaux. The dancer in the pictures is Heidi S. Durning, who collaborated on several occasions with Bix.
Heidi S. Durning also did special performances during the Bix Medard/Y-dress? tour in Japan, autumn 2009.
